CSUCI - STUDENT HOUSING PHASE 3 (STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATION)
CI proposes to build new construction and renovate existing buildings into a new phase of student housing that will provide 554 beds, assoicated support spaces ( bathrooms, storage, etc.) communal spaces & administrative support spaces.

SIMI VALLEY - WILLIAMS SEWER TRUNK LINE REHABILITATION PROJECT
Rehabilitation of approx. 375ft of the existing 12inch sewer pipe with cured-in-place CIPP lining, including the removal & reconstruction of a 12 ft pipe segment, dewatering, installation of temporary sewage bypass pumps & piping system, traffic control, trenching & pavement resurfacing.
