HBE has been awarded the general contract for this project. Construction to begin November 2009. The work includes a new 148,000 SF 2-story replacement hospital with partial basement. Bids requested are: asphalt paving, demolition, glazed masonry tile, stone work, EIFS, carpentry, millwork, wood doors, TOP roofing, sheet metal & roof panels, spray-on fireproofing, hollow metal doors & frames, finish hardware, aluminum windows & insulated window panels, glass & glazing, aluminum doors, frames & window walls, sunshade assemblies, drywall, acoustical ceiling, painting, resilient flooring, carpeting, ceramic tile, misc. specialties, hospital equipment, kitchen equipment, radiation protection, elevators, pneumatic tube system, HVAC, plumbing, medical gases, electrical and emergency electrical systems. Previously awarded: soil stabilization, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler. Future Bids Scopes : excavation, reinforced concrete, structural & miscellaneous steel.
